A cost effective high opacity water borne universal primer for interior and exterior use. Quick drying allows over-coating after 2 hours. Suitable for use on plastics and both new and previously coated wood. For pre-painted wood sand down before application. Can be used both as a primer and undercoat. On unpainted timber two coats may be required.

Drying Time @ 20ºC: Drying times will be extended at low temperatures . Do not apply when ambient temperature falls below 5ºC or relative humidity exceeds 90%.
Surface Dry @ 20ºC : 1 hour
Over Coat @ 20ºC: 2 - 4 hours
Dry Film Thickness: 25 - 50 μ
Wet Film Thickness: 75 - 145 μ

Directions for Use: Stir well before use.
All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from dust, grease, etc.
One or more coats may be required. If necessary sand down between coats. If applying on previously painted surfaces rub down to provide a key prior to the application of this product.
Avoid the inhalation of dust. Wear suitable face mask if dry sanding.
Special precautions should be taken during surface preparation of pre-1960s paint surfaces over wood and metal as they may contain harmful lead.
Coating of plastics- It is recommended that prior to the coating of plastics the surface is thoroughly cleaned so as to help promote adhesion. Always check the suitability of the coating on plastics by applying a small test patch to ensure the coating wets the surface.
Cleaning: Remove excess paint then clean application equipment after use with tap water before the paint dries.
Alternatively application equipment can be cleaned with Firwood 116 Thinners.

I have recently had to have my roof repaired leaving my paint work on my window frames looking drab.
I purchased this product in chestnut to prime my wooden window frames and then finished the job with varnish.
This product was recommended by a friend and as well as recieving excellent customer service, speedy delivery i was plesantly surprised that not only did it dry very quickly it was so easy to apply. I would definately recommend this to a friend.
