Firwood Loyalty Scheme

The Firwood Customer Loyalty Scheme is our way of saying thank you to our regular online customers. Every time you spend money online with us you will receive loyalty points that can be spent against online future orders with Firwood Paints.

Our scheme will accumulate one point per £1 spent on Firwood products excluding VAT and delivery. The points must be redeemed online and every point is worth £0.01 against future orders.

Points accumulated over the threshold of 1000 points can be converted to a money off voucher and used against future online purchases.Points will be rounded to the nearest £.Points not converted will remain on your account.For example if you have 1038 points, you will receive a £10.00 off your next online order and 38 points will remain on your account to be carried over.

When you have collected 1000 points or more and wish to redeem them, please contact our customer service department for your promotion redemption code.

Promotion codes will have a validity date of 6 months from the date of issue.

Terms & Conditions of the Firwood Customer Loyalty Scheme The points are issued by Firwood Paints Ltd to customers ordering products online from our website. The scheme covers new orders placed as of 15th April 2015 and orders placed before this date will not be eligible for loyalty points. Points will be given at a standard rate of one point for each £1 spent online excluding VAT on product sales only and will be redeemed at a value of £0.01 per point against new orders.

Points may be given at a higher rate on seasonal promotions and the terms for such promotions will be detailed on the Firwood Paints Ltd web site at the time of the promotion. Points may only be redeemed against future orders and cannot be redeemed at the time they are earned.

Scheme and Registration These terms and conditions (including our privacy policy) apply to the Firwood Paints Customer Loyalty Points Scheme promoted by Firwood Paints Ltd. Customers placing orders in our online store will be automatically registered in the scheme. The Scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and keep a copy for future reference.

Points Points will be converted into money off promotion codes that can be used against purchases on the Firwood Website using the promotion code as payment. A minimum number of Points may be required to make a redemption. This minimum number may be changed at any time.

To collect Points: Points will only be awarded on qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases are purchases of Firwood products. Points will only be awarded on every complete £1 of products purchased excluding VAT and are not awarded on other charges for example carriage costs.

We can at any time vary the rate at which Points are awarded, either generally, or for specific Firwood products. We may at any time undertake promotions where bonus Points are awarded or Points may be awarded at an increased rate for limited periods of time. Full details of these promotions including confirmation of the closing date will be published at the relevant time on the Firwood Paints website on our terms and conditions page.

Only Points which are validly acquired on qualifying purchases in accordance with these terms and conditions can be redeemed. Points which are credited to a customers' account can only be redeemed by the customer on future online purchases made on the Firwood web site. No cash will be given in lieu of any loyalty points to any customer. Carriage charges may be applicable on goods delivered when redeeming rewards.


Termination of Scheme We reserve the right to terminate the Scheme at any time. A minimum of eight weeks' notice will be given prior to the end of the Scheme. This notice period will be communicated via the Firwood Paints Ltd web site or by email to the customer. Points must be redeemed by the date which falls 28 days after the end of the eight week notice period. Points which are not redeemed by this date will be removed from customer accounts.

Collection and use of personal information

Personal information will be collected and used as described below. Personal information includes information provided when registering online and ordering goods. Personal information will be collected and used by us and by other companies who assist us in the administration and management of the Firwood website:

  • (i)for purposes related to administration and management of the Firwood website and loyalty scheme;
  • (ii)to send information about our products and services which may be of interest where the customer has consented to receive such information as permitted by law.
We may disclose personal information to third parties:

  • (i)in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose applicants' and customer' personal information to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
  • (ii)if our assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about the customers' will be part of the transferred assets.
  • (iii)if we are under a duty to disclose or share customers' personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply these terms and conditions, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
