A fast drying, brilliant aluminium finish with excellent economical coverage for decorative and protective use on metalwork. Possessing heat resistance up to 250ºC.

Suitable for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, wood and other similar absorbent materials. Not suitable for applications where people may lean and rub on the surface of the coating due to the leafing properties of the aluminium.

Application Methods:   Spray and Brush

Colour Availability:   Aluminium

Pack Size:   5 and 20 litres

Drying Time @ 20ºC:   Drying times will be extended at low temperatures . Do not apply when ambient temperature falls below 5ºC or relative humidity exceeds 90%.

Surface dry @ 20ºC :   10 minutes

Hard Dry@ 20ºC:   1 hour

Over Coat@ 20ºC:   1- 4 hours or 16 hours after application

Dry Film Thickness:   15 - 25 μ

Wet Film Thickness:   50 -85 μ

Coverage:   Approximately 15m² per 1 litre @ 20 μ DFT Coverage can be affected by such variables as type and condition of substrate, type of application equipment and individual method of application.

Flash Point:  26ºC

VOC Content (as supplied):   Max 620g / litre

Storage:   Store in temperature range 5-40ºC

Thinners:   Firwood 113 Thinners

Directions for Use:   All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from grease, rust, millscale, etc.

Stir well before use but do not apply vigorous or excessive mixing as this could lead to damage to the leafing properties of the paint and consequent loss of brilliance. Apply as a thin film to prevent runs and sags.
