A general purpose metallic silver finish for interior or exterior exposure on many types of substrate.
Suitable for application by brushing or spraying to clean bare steel, or appropriately primed surfaces.
Also suitable for use as a sealer on surfaces having a moderate coat of bituminous material applied, or as a substitute for shellac knotting.
Gives excellent heat resistance from cold up to 200ºC.
Coverage: 20m² per litre @ 25µ DFT. Coverage can be affected by such variables as type and condition of substrate, type of application equipment and individual method of application.
Compliance: Complies with “the VOC in Paints, Varnishes & Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2005".

Drying Time @ 20ºC: Drying times will be extended at low temperatures . Do not apply when ambient temperature falls below 5ºC or relative humidity exceeds 90%.
Surface Dry @ 20ºC : 3 hours
Hard Dry @ 20ºC: 8 hours
Dry Film Thickness: 15 - 30 μ
Wet Film Thickness: 30 - 60 μ

Directions for Use: All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from grease, rust, millscale, etc.
For optimum performance of this product, it should be applied over carefully prepared surfaces. The most effective method is by blast cleaning to Swedish Standard Sa2½ and recoated within 4 hours. If this is not practical, then the surface should be mechanically cleaned using wire brushes, scrapers, etc.

Cleaning: Clean application equipment immediately after use with Firwood 114 Thinners
