A quick drying, low odour, water borne acrylic gloss for use on metal and wood substrates. Available in both BS 4800 and RAL colour standards. A general purpose industrial water borne finish.

Suitable for use as a decorative and protective finish in a full painting sequence on ferrous metals, timber and other surfaces. Ideal for both internal and external use and has achieved widespread acceptance as a good all round maintenance finish for brush application.

Compliance:     Complies with “the VOC in Paints, Varnishes & Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2005”. EU limit value for this product (catA/d): 130g / litre (2010) & (Cat A/g): 30g/litre Colours in this range are produced upon receipt of order and are not accepted for return unless faulty. Where accurate colour matching is required please request a shade card as online colour charts are not always represented accurately.

Application Methods:   Conventional or HVLP spray, Closed cell foam roller, Lambswool roller (dampen roller with clean water before use), Brush (synthetic bristle type).

Colour Availability:   Available from stock in all BS4800, BS381C and RAL shades.

Pack Size:   5 litres

Drying Time @ 20ºC:   Drying times will be extended at low temperatures . Do not apply when ambient temperature falls below 10ºC or relative humidity exceeds 80%.

Surface dry @ 20ºC :   30 minutes

Hard Dry@ 20ºC:   1 hour

Over Coat@ 20ºC:   2 - 4 hours (temperature dependant).

Dry Film Thickness:   15 -30 μ,

Wet Film Thickness:   45 - 90 μ,

Coverage:   Approximately 12m² per 1 litre @ 20 μ DFT. Coverage can be affected by such variables as type and condition of substrate, type of application equipment and individual method of application.

Flash Point:  Not applicable

VOC Content (as supplied):   Max 30g / litre when mixed

Storage:   Store in temperature range 5-40ºC

Thinners:   Use clean cold water

Directions for Use:      Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, grease, millscale, etc.

Stir well before use

Take care to keep a suitable wet edge bearing in mind the fast drying properties of the coating.

Seal container after use.

Cleaning:      Application equipment should be cleaned immediatley after use with clean cold water.
