An excellent anti-corrosive ferrous metal primer containing over 90% metallic zinc in the dried film. Can be brushed or sprayed to provide cathodic protection to ferrous metal surfaces. Offers protection of up to 1000 hours hot salt spray resistance to ASTM B117 when suitably prepared steelwork is coated with this primer. Intended for application to steel shot blasted to Sa2½. The use of this material is often described as cold galvanising.
