Untreated wood may be primed by using the paint as supplied.

Subsequent coats should also be applied at full strength.

Previously coated surfaces should be lightly abraded prior to application to provide a “key" for the paint. Bare spots must be primed before painting the whole surface.

It is recommended that this product be tested on a small area first to ensure satisfactory adhesion to the substrate is achieved.

A minimum of 2 coats should be applied on all surfaces. Brighter colours may need additional coats as required.

Light/foot traffic can be allowed on newly painted surfaces after 24 hours, medium/heavy traffic should be avoided for a period of 72 hours after painting.

Where masking tape is used, it is recommended that it be removed immediately after application of the coating to prevent tearing of the coating film and produce a clean edge.

Cleaning: Use clean cold water. Wash application equipment immediately after use.

Good coverage with a smooth silk finish, though two coats needed, would look great on a wooden floor.
