Fast drying solvent borne acrylic line marking paint for the marking of car parks, factory floors and sports pitches. Tough weather resistant formula available in 7 shades from stock.

Can be applied by brush roller, spray and line marking machines. Good adhesion to suitably prepared concrete, tarmac and asphalt surfaces.

Coverage: Approximately Coverage approx 100m per litre for 50mm wide line, dependent on film thickness applied. Coverage can be affected by such variables as type and condition of substrate, type of application equipment and individual method of application.

Application Methods:
  • Standard line marking machines - Add up to 10% thinners.
  • Brush - use as supplied.
  • Roller - use a short pile lambswool roller that is suitable for solvent borne paints
Colour Availability: White, Yellow, Red, Orange, Blue, Grass Green & Black

Pack Size: 5 litres and 240kg drums

Drying Time @ 20ºC: Drying times will be extended at low temperatures . Do not apply when ambient temperature falls below 5ºC or relative humidity exceeds 90%.

Surface dry @ 20ºC : 15 minutes

Hard Dry@ 20ºC: 1 hour

Storage: Store in temperature range 5-40ºC

Directions for Use: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust and grease, etc.

Apply as required and allow to dry for at least 2 hours before subjecting the marking to traffic.

Keep traffic both vehicular and predestrian off the coated area during drying.

Lines can be painted by hand by the creation of templates in plywood for logos signage and directional arrows.

Basic stright lines can be created by painting between parallel lengths of timber held together at the desired line width.

For longer lines a line marking machine is recommended.
