Pot Life @ 20ºC: 30 mins when mixed. Mix components together only when ready to apply coating. Anti slip aggregate part C should only be added if an anti slip finish is required. The pot life will be significantly reduced where the mixed paint is used at higher ambient temperatures.
Surface preparation: Refer to the Technical Data Sheet.

Mixing Ratio: Base : Curing Agent 2:1 by volume.

Packaging: Pack Size : 5 litre composite pack consisting of Part A: Base, Part B: Cure

Mixing: As the pot life for this product is only 30 mins, the components should only be mixed together when ready to apply the coating. Add Part B - Cure to Part A - Base and mix thoroughly for approx. 5 mins using a wide bladed stirrer. If an anti-slip coating is required then Part C- Aggregate should be mixed with the Part A/B mixture prior to application. Mix well and then pour into a shallow tray for application purposes. Caution: The base paint cures by exothermic reaction with the curing agent. After initial mixing the base paint will increase significantly in temperature. The product is usable in this state but care should be taken in its handling.

Directions for Use: Best results are obtained in warm (minimum 15°C), dry conditions with a good through draught. Apply the mixed base paint to the surface using a brush and/or long pile, double arm roller. Do not apply once the pot life has expired as poor adhesion and wrinkling of the coating may occur.

Cleaning: Application equipment should be disposed of after use or cleaned immediately with Firwood 113 Thinners.
