Covid 19 – Force Majeure supply notification

As a highly valued customer to our business, I write to inform you of our current supply situation against the backdrop of the increasing Coronavirus pandemic.

Earlier this week we (along with many companies) started to receive an ever increasing number of key trained staff requesting the need to self-isolate (in line with NHS and Government best practice).

Unfortunately, we have now entered a period in time where we no longer have access to a sufficient number of trained employees to safely continue our manufacturing processes and procedures.

This letter serves as notice that, as a result of force majeure, we have been forced to close our manufacturing plant for an estimated period of three weeks.

Due to the above circumstances, I need to inform you that for now and the immediate future we will not be able to supply the current orders you have placed with us.

We all find ourselves in an ever changing situation and I personally would like to confirm to you that we are doing our upmost to ensure this difficult situation is remedied and I will continue to keep you updated with changes as and when they occur and notify you as soon as we are able to resume our production and supply activities.

Thank you for your continued understanding and support in these unprecedented times.

Kind regards,
Craig Cherry
Managing Director
